Min and Max positive Negative Number Highlight in Red

once again I need your support. Please help me to find out desired result as I have to color code based on the positive and negative highest number in red. Please request you to be look in to the dataset in text as well as attached screenshot

I reffered this reply.

Make some helper columns with min/max values for the columns and add them back to the data.
Then it is all about making your column rules in Table tool.
