Hi,

We are using O365 Microsoft Teams. I have folder in teams that i want to connect to Alteryx.

I referred couple of Community links :

but no luck. I have tried using SharePoint link to access that teams folder. getting below Error.

Is there any way I can still use any tool to connect to Teams folder( excel files)

@Karthick461 have you considered syncing the sharepoint to your local drive or network drive?

This way you can just use a regular input tool to navigate to the synced drive.

Hi @Karthick461

Agree with @trsali  that syncing it is easiest. Otherwise the Sharepoint Input tool would work. It looks like in your screenshot you're using the sharepoint list input.

@trsali . I have tried connecting to my local drive.  I need an help with my IT Admin team for that. But , anyway from my local drive, I am not able to save my Workflow in Public Gallery Right.?

Do we have any procedure link for saving it to common share drive?

@Karthick461 If your input from your workflow is pulling from a local drive, and you're trying to save it on the gallery then the workflow will not run on the gallery since the server may not have access to your local environment.

If the input of your workflow is pulling from a network drive/shared drive, and you'd like to save your workflow to the gallery, your server will need access to that drive. Below are instructions to establish credentials for the server so that it will recognize the shared drive.

If I'm mistaken and you're just trying to save your workflow to a common shared drive, you can just navigate from Designer -> File -> Save as -> Browse -> locate your common share drive.
