May i add directly the value to a chart? (just like Excel)

As you see, the picture above is generated by the charting tool but obviously we can not distingush the precise values only with axis.

So do you have a way to show the value for each bar?

You can highlight series .. styles and have the option to "Label Data Points".  After that, you can customize how the values display.
