Matrix Table - Baby birth weight and age

Hello everyone

 

I am trying to produce a Matrix table which shows a count of newborns by their ages and their weight. I have attached a sample data set (sheet 2) and example of the end result I am looking for (sheet 1)

 

Would be grateful for your help
