Matching amount columns help

I have a dataset in Excel with the following columns: Empid, Name, Report id, Category, and Amount etc. The data includes entries for different employees, with categories being either "Child" or "Parent." For each report, the sum of the "Child" amounts should match the sum of the "Parent" amounts. If there is a mismatch,  Can someone help me please ?

(I think Group the data by Report id and emp id . Highlight the cells in red where the amounts do not match

I would be grateful if someone help to accomplish this.
