Match strings exactly or pretty close to each other between two datasets

Hi all:

I've two datasets as below and I need to match those by Name. Sample datasets with dummy values along with desired output is given below. Idea is to match Names of dataset-A and dataset-B (pick all the exact matches plus values match very closely). I've tried to apply fuzzy tool but it's not providing me the accurate result. May be I've not configured the tool correctly. Need help guys.

Appreciate that. I was trying to apply wrong tool.

I applied this tool before but overlooked it has the option 'Any Part of Field'
