Match score using fuzzy match

Hi,

Below i have attached the data.

I want to find the match score between Name1 and Name 2 column.

What have you tried so far? I think the tool mastery article on the fuzzy match tool is fantastic, and you can use it and adjust for your data for example. The names have to be stacked one on top of the other in the same column, and you should have another column to label which one comes from which source!
