Dear Team,

I want to add two column's in the given data.

> Match % - It will reflect the % of name matching between two columns ( RESPONSE_FULL_NAME / PT_PARTNER_DESC )

> If % is matching above 75 % then = Yes / No

Even its 0 % match then that case should also be available.
