Malformed IF statement

I seem to get an error when i try this formula , I have tried checking previous posts on this topic, but I'm unable to find an answer to why I face this error.Need help!

IF [A]="None" && [B] ="None"

THEN "No Change"

ELSE IF [A]="MO" && [B]="MO"

THEN "No Change: MO"

ELSEIF [A] != [B]

THEN "Change required"

ELSEIF [Inventory]>= "600" OR [ Inventory]<="-600"

THEN "Review Required"

ELSE "No Review Required"

ENDIF

There are a couple of issues to look at:

1. An additional space in [Inventory] on Line 7
2. A space between the ELSE and IF in Line 3 (This will start a new IF/THEN/ELSE command)
3. Is Inventory Numeric? It should be to use >/<, in which case you don't need quotes.
