Make column dates as headers in my summary tool

Question

Hi,

I have this summarization table.

This counts all the records within these 2 columns for the Team Member.

Within these 2 columns are dates, ie  DE column may look like

How can I get the dates as headers on top of my summarize tool and count from there?

Can you provide a clearer data set (maybe upload a sample wf with a text input and your desired output)?

I can then provide a sample WF.
