Hello,
I am experiencing some issues when using the mail tool and i am struggling to find an answer to the problem. I am able to run my report to my email with no issues when I am at my corporate office, however as soon as I try to run my report from home the email tool errors out with "tool runtime limit reached" This issue has popped up within the last week and I can't find the issue. My workflows are not extensive as I even tried to email out an empty excel file and that wouldn't run either. Has anyone else experience this and found the issue? Thank you in advance
It is likely then a network issue (i.e. VPN, ethernet, etc.)
