Hello @Govind_Dileep_G ,

I have myselft tried to get a better understanding of Macros the last couple of weeks so I can give some of the resources that I have used for this, if they would be any help 🙂

As a first step I would recommend the interactive lessons that @apathetichell to get a foundation of macros. The interactive lessons is a great Alteryx resource!

But after this you will need practical experience to really understand how they work and different ways to configure them.

I would recommend to begin with Weekly Challenges. You can search for Macros specific as a label here and you will have 38 different challenges to go through:

https://community.alteryx.com/t5/forums/filteredbylabelpage/board-id/weeklychallenge/label-name/macr...

It is a great resource to both work with close to real world problems and see afterwards how other people have utilized macros to answer these problems, where they are a combination of Standard Macros, Iterative Macros and Batch Macros.

As more resource I like to utilize Youtube Videos to dive deeper into different aspects of things that I learn.

Some of the videos that I found good for Macros were:

Cardinal Health Advanced Training 1 : Standard Macros
Cardinal Health Advanced Training 2: Iterative Macros
The Information Lab: Introduction to the three different types of Macros

Alteryx Inspire: I remember there were some recorded session from Alteryx Inspire about Macros as well.

Besides this I would just try to do "simple macros" by yourself and go through all different configurations.

For example try to build a Hierarchy, try to do some formatting and move to a standard macro and so on.

Good luck with your macro journey! 🙂
