Macro that changes time from decimals (HH.MM) to time format (HH:MM)

This macro basically takes a column with time as decimal values (1.50 hours) and gives you a new column with the right time format (1:30) (HH:MM). This is useful mostly for dashboards and to have better visualization of time, easier to know a delivery takes 1 hour and 57 minutes, than 1.95 hours.
