Lost Information when input XLSB

When I load information, alteryx automatically recognizes the information as a number and the text disappears.
How can I load information so that the text remains?

Hi @ggruccio , I remember you posted about solving xlsb issue before. Do you know how to solve this issue where text is automatedly read as "0".

Hi, it didn't help. I have Microsoft driver installed for Access 2010
