Looping with Multi row formula

Just have another question to the same workflow to use multi row formula for the below data srt : 

Call	Status	OA
A	Yes	Yes
B	Yes	Yes
C	Yes	Yes
Call	Status	OA
A	Yes	No
B	Yes	No
C	No	No

If call status is yes in all rows then OA is also yes .but if any of the rows is No for status how to stamp OA as No for all rows.Thanks.

May be i was not clear . 

If the any of the row in status is No then all the colums of OA must be No . But if all the rows of status yes only then OA must be yes .

I dont think Multi-row tool is good fit for this case.
Multi-row tool is used for case to compare the current row and last row.

In this case, it is more like "Suddent Death" if we encountered one "No" in status column.

I also don't believe that the Multi-row tool is a good fit for this case.
