Is it possible to bring the status for "Paid" invoices from the client Paid Invoices report to produce an Output File that retains info from my Invoice Tracker, but updates the Status column only if they are paid? Ex:

Hi @tbudd001, yes it is possible. You can join the Invoice tracker and Paid Invoices on the "Invoice #", "Invoice No" from two tables and then select the status columns from the paid invoices from the J anchor. Then union the L and J anchors to have the desired outputs. Please note, if the client could partially paid the amount, additional steps would be needed after the J anchor. See the solution below.
Also, if you want to output the results into the same excel file, please use the block until done tool before your output data tool.
