Logistic Regression Curilinear Plot

Dear Community: I have built several logistic models for managing various aspects of acute patient risk.  How do I get Alteryx to generate the curvilinear function plot from the logistic regression model?   This is something I like to see along with the ROCC plot and the c-statistic, i.e., AUROCC.  Thanks
