Lock the app from being opened or modified in Alteryx designer

Is there any way that I can prevent the app from being opened into Alteryx so that no one can open it and see what has been done in the workflow?

Sounds like you are wanting to "encrypt" a workflow (in Alteryx terminology).

 

You can do this under the menu of Options > Advanced Options > Encrypt Workflow.

 

I'd check out the Help (search for "Encrypt Workflow") to understand the ramifications. Once you encrypt a workflow, NOBODY can open it (including the creator of the workflow).
