Location Insights

Question

If I've already installed Business Insights and I have users specifically licensed for Location Insights, I don't have to do any install because their access to the Location portion of Business Insights is handled via licensing correct?  Please confirm

The Business Insights package includes the Location Insights as well. If you already have the Business Insights installed, your license for Location insights should work for the functionalities related to location (drivetime, CASS, etc).
