Loading workflow from .YXZP file after PS Script process

After a lengthy process described Here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Dev-Space/problem-converting-unziping-changing-version-and-zipping-..., I am running into a scenario where alteryx does not ask to import the workflow. I suspect this has to do with file archive settings post process.

 

Below is an example of a YXZP post-process, Alteryx does not ask to import the workflow.

Would you be able to use 7zip? I have used that in the past in the same way you are trying.
