List of records in multiple columns

Hello,

I need to prepare data in a way that I have specific column name with list of assigned records. There are multiple names which should go to columns. Each name have different number of records. Attaching excel with input and example output.

Also Cross Tab does not work as records must start just below header for each column (not with null's at the top).

I got to point I have each column filled- header and records, but separately. I do not know how to combine them into one output... Is there any way? Any suggestions how it can be achieved in different way?

cheers,

Marcin

You will want to use a multi row tool to create an incrementing record ID for each set of numbers. See attached workflow as reference.
