List Box Tool with Filter Tool Fields from connected tool

Hi All,

 

I'm very new to using Apps and interface tools. I'm trying to filter based on the user's selection. When I select "Fields from connected tool", it only shows the column names as selections, but I want the user to select the content of the columns. 

 

Up stream data looks something like this: and I want to have the user select one or multiple from Name column. Maybe it can be achieved with other interface tools?
