License key issue after updating alteryx designer

Hi, Team

 

I just updated my alteryx designer to the newest version. It replaced my older version and asked me to activate my account again. After inputting my license key, it says one or more license keys are currently active on another machine. And I can not move all licenses. What can I do to fix it?

Hi @JerryHuangzy ,

 

The license administrator of your company needs to revoke the license from your previous installation.

 

Go to licenses.alteryx.com and create an account with the same email you used in alteryx designer.
