License activation

Guys i already installed altreyx but now i want to change the email so i can activate the program by the new email

What to do?

Hi @mohanad 

1. Click on the drop down option on your user name on top.

2. Select "My Alteryx Settings"

3. You may need to login using your user name and password again if not used for longer time ( page might not pop up if you have recently logged in)

4. You will get your profile where you can change you email.

However NOTE - Changing the email associated with your account will result in loss of access to all applications except Alteryx Community.

If you were using only community and all the licensed software are associated with new email id, you can change the mail as per your convenience.

I did change my email but i want to write the license key the pop up gave me a server urle
