License Key Issue After Upgrading to Alteryx Version 2024.2

Dear Alteryx Community,

 

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to inform you that my license key, which was functioning perfectly with Alteryx version 2023.2, is no longer working after we upgraded to version 2024.2.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If there are any new steps or updates needed for license activation with the latest version, kindly advise.

Nothing should be different - if you have license keys available and active, it’s just enter key and go.
