Left align text, center align layout element in reporting tools

I am trying to use the Reporting tools to generate formatted documents and I'm struggling with alignment.  I want some text created with a Report Text tool to be left aligned for the paragraph itself, but the block centered on the page.  Pretty sure I'm missing something simple, but I'm not super familiar with Reporting tools and layouts yet.  Attaching a simplified example workflow.
