Language translation

Hi can anyone help me out with the workflow

example i have a sentence written jn french

it could be german french etc

i want to translate this to english inshort i want output in both french and english translation.

is there any way to do so?

if yes please help me.

also i want free api if api is required or it would be great if there is any other way to obtain this without API

Definitely Alteryx can make it and API is necessary for your case. But I am afraid if there is free API which can meet your requirement.

So i am currently working on a project where i get file in french and german language and i have to generate output with eng translation to create automation.
