I need help to find the row with UF, Oth, HF and SF at the beginning and put an a new column AV Fault Type. If it beginning letter doesnt start with these keyword, AV Fault Type column will be blank.

@XXX_Rosy_XXX you can use the formula: StartsWith() in Alteryx.
You need to clear up your logic though Rosy. Your "Output" doesn't match the rules you've given.
