Keeping rows of data above headers

I'm trying to create a workflow that will create a uniform output of files based on branch numbers (i.e., each branch number has its own output but the pre-header information needs to be the same for each). See attached screenshot. I need rows 1-14 to remain constant throughout each output, but I need to create an output for each branch (column A - "Br"). However, there are 350+ branches I need to do this for. Any advice on how to easily do this or at least the path of least headaches? Thanks!

P.s. I have intentionally left everything below the headers on row 15 out of the screenshot to avoid sharing company information.

Sounds like you might want to use an output template. Take a look at this blog: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Engine-Works/The-Blob-Reporting-That-Isn-t-From-a-Horror-Film/ba-p/...

You'd probably need to do at least two output tools, one for the table and one(s) for the header info assuming you need to write data there.
