Keep only Required Row items and Discard the rest

Below Attached is a Sample Data. I want to Update the Keep/Discard Field. The Record from where it Starts with Keep to the Record where it Ends with Keep needs to be updated with the Value Keep rest all needs to be discard. Can anyone help me with this ?

So there are two rows labelled Keep and you want to keep everything in between?
