Keep first record for column based on unique other columns

Question

I need my workflow to only keep the first value in the MDABC column for each unique MDCO and MDPRNO. In other words, for the attached image, I would only keep B because it is the most recent MDABC for MDCO 1 and MDPRNO AXV621DAT. I tried to complete a Multi-Row Formula (image also attached), but it is not working and is instead just returning the current MDABC code for each one. Could someone help me please?
