Keep Hyperlink from Input

Hello Community,

I use Jira (Atlassian) and I extract multiple files from there about issues.

But when I bring them to Alteryx Designer I just lose all Hyperlinks.

I've tried using the workflow in this article https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Desktop-Discussions/Amend-hyperlink/m-p/605868 but I couldn't extract the links to a new column or keep the hyperlink.

My input is configured exact like the input tool as the article above (maybe I configured it wrong).

I want to understand exatcly how this works, as if alteryx workflow read the file as xml file. Then I supposed the hyperlink should be between a TAG (< >and <\>) but I just can't find it's hyperlink.

Please help me, I just want Alteryx to generate a output file which contains the same hyperlink from input tool.
