Joining

Hi,

I would like to Join input 1 with input 2 from the attached worksheet and requires the desired output sheet as an output .But I am getting Cartesian join. Is there any way to get the same number of records as mentioned n Desired Output sheet of the Book1.

Not sure if the desired output had an issue but I got pretty much the desired input with a 3 for the XYZ-A-A row instead - Just split the categories out to begin:
