Joining the values from R side of Join function with Center joing

I want to join the output from R connection with J Connection by adding null values to the date excluded into R side of join function. Any help will be appreciated.

@Pardeep if you use a Union tool and bring the two streams (J & L output anchors) together in that, Alteryx will automatically populate the extra columns with null values for the fields that are missing in the Right output. Quick example:
