Join two datasets and retain data in both

Hi Everyone,

I've hit a block on this and hoping for some advice on how to proceed. I've generated 2 datasets to explain what I am currently trying to achieve. I would like to join the first and second table so all product quantities are displayed in a separate column by date.

However, the crux of the matter is for all dates to be displayed in the "joined data" with zero values for products without quantities on a given date.

Appreciate your help on this.

How's something like this?

• Join the tables on Date
• Use a union tool to create the outer join effect you're looking for
• Multi field formula to update null values to 0
• Sort the data
