Join two columns on multiple values and combine them in one cell in excel

I have a data set that i need to merge.

Data set 1

Data Set 2

ID	Names
1	Alpha
1	Beta
2	Gamma
3	Test
3	Alpha
4	Test1
4	Beta
4	Gamma
4	Alpha

Desired Output:

ID	Names
1	Alpha Beta
2	Gamma
3	Test Alpha
4	Test1 Beta Gamma Alpha
