Join the records with Contains Similar names

Hi I need to join(Vlookup) the Names in two different files, but my issue is that i need to join by using Contains option in the name.

example : First file records : Tree                          
                 Second File Record  : Treewith02/21/2023
still i need to Join both the records by using Join tool. because both contains tree as common word.
Please guide me in this.
