Join multiple data flows

Hello Experts,

I need some help in joining multiple data flows. Attached is my raw data (1st tab). One flow is to show monthly salary for the employee and the other flow is to show the Yearly salary for the employee. I created a Summarize function to show the Yearly salary for the employee but I am stuck when trying to display data in the final output format (2nd tab). I tried to use the Join tool but the Join is adding the Yearly data in a new column instead of a row.
