Join Tool not joining

Question

Hello Everyone,

This is probably an easy one for most. I'm trying to join one data source to another and it looks like it Alteryx doesn't like joining Capital Letter Primary key to Lower case letter Primary key( attached is two screen shots of the data sources I'm trying to join to get all the columns). Please post solutions as yxmd if possible.

Hi @AntlRo

Correct, joining is case sensitive. Put a formula tool after the lowercase input and use a function like Uppercase([category]). Then it should join.
