Iterative Macro loop

I am trying to do a challenge related to iterative macro. For the "Loop" part I want the previous row and all other rows after that so that the current row values are filled based upon previous row. And this is repeated till a certain record no. say record 25. Any help is much appreciated.

i have added the part so that the iteration should be equal to highest record no.
