Iterative Macro Not Outputing Properly When In Workflow

I am having a hell of a time with this iterative macro. 

I included the macro and test. I hope someone can figure out my disaster. I have tried a bit of everything but the data seems to be getting clipped on output.

I figured it out, the data set coming in had headers and the sample dataset did not once I fixed that it fixed this. Sigh...
