I am running Alteryx Designer + Desktop Automation
I installed 2019.3.5.17947 (the Admin version) yesterday.
Now when I try to “View schedules”, I get the below message.
When I try to add a New schedule, I don’t have the option to click “My Computer” (see 2nd screenshot) as per the Help guide at https://help.alteryx.com/2019.3/ScheduleNewJob.htm?Highlight=Scheduler
What have I done wrong?

First thing to check here is that the AlteryxService is running.
Open Task Manager and check Services for AlteryService
The Service was stopped
I resolved the issue with help from Support
Alteryx wiped out my licenses at their end and asked me to:
1. Delete the Flexera License Manager folders in the following locations:
+ C:\ProgramData\SRC
+ C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\SRC
2. Open Alteryx Designer as Admin priviledge and activate again
