Issue with selecting data from merged cells

Hi, I need to select rows that have the full and complete data in a dynamic manner (as opposed to manually using select) as I am creating a workflow for multiple input files. My issue is that the cells that are merged are not consistent across rows.

For example, I would like to select col F6 from my file below in a dynamic manner but am unsure on how exactly to achieve that.

I would also only like one unique column depending on the header for example from col F18 to F26, I would only want one of each month and with the complete dataset.

Lastly, I would like to completely remove columns F8 to F12 but other files may have 3 or 6 of these currency columns.
