Issue to run multiples table for email sending

Hi,

Could someone know how should I modify this workflow to let all containers running at once?

I have a file that a split to be sending to different emails and when I run each container separately it works perfect, but when I open two or more containers the second one just fell off

I will appreciate your thoughts.
