Is this even possible in Alteryx

I am trying to identify missing products by item per territory. I know I can count them. But is it possible to get a lay like this in Alteryx?

Hi @DonnaFazio,

I think this is what you were after - I've generated a full list of possible combinations of the Name and ProductGroupNumber fields, and then joined that to actual list. The records that do not match to the full list should be your missing products.

Hopefully that helps, and is indeed what you wanted.

Thanks for the reply. The example was my desired results based on the attached data sheet as an example
