Is there a way to create new fields from a list? I have an output that I need to modify with the addition of dummy fields to match an existing dataset for testing. There are over 200 additional fields (dummy) to create. Is there a way that I can build this using a list of the fieldnames?

Yes.... use a Transform tool to pivot the list to columns.....
