Is there a way in Alteryx to fetch dynamic query data ?

I have a declare statement where I am declaring variables and storing values in it and same I am recalling in my SQL statement.

How can I achieve this in Alteryx ? I have tried dynamic input since my variables value keeps changing it's also not working for me.

With Alteryx you'd usually have an input tool, then a formula tool to create variables, and then they're available for downstream processing.  I can't tell if that's what you're trying to do, or if you're trying to dynamically update variables within a SQL query.  Maybe a screenshot, sample data, etc. could be posted to help us understand better.
