Is there a list of File Format values for the output tool somewhere?

I am attempting to build a dropdown that lets a user select the output format. I know that .yxdb is value = 19 for example and .xlsx = 25 but I was hoping for a full list so I don't have to click through and manually create one. If I had one I could index their selection and update the value in my action tool accordingly

For reference I can see the value when attaching an action tool to the output and looking under the file drop down.
