Is there a demographic file that would give population counts by zip + 4?

Wondering if Alteryx, or some other entity, has a file available that would give population counts by zip + 4.  I'm looking to use such file to determine population densities within a given zip code.  I may want to do something as simple as put a lat and long in the center of a population density within a given zip code.  Does anyone know if such a file exists and if so - what is the file name and where can I get it.  Thanks!
