Is it possible to write a multiple queries in single query

Is it possible to write a multiple queries in single query.

I have written multiple queries in workflow but not working all queries at a time.

I believe it is possible, but we need to make the name of "RESULT" in your Formula tool to be unique between each other.

You are using the same "RESULT" for each criteria and it will just cause the upper get override by the lower one.
